HOLANTAO SALAD

Ingredients:

✓ 460 g (1 lb) holantao (china pea)

✓ ¼ cup sesame seeds

✓ 2 tablespoons of sugar

✓ 4 strips of bacon

✓ ½ cup oil

✓ 1 clove of crushed garlic

✓ 4 cups lettuce, cut into julienne strips

✓ 2 tablespoons of vinegar

✓ Salt and Pepper

✓ ½ cup chopped parsley

✓ 2 tablespoons lemon juice


Preparation:

ASPARAGUS QUINCHE

ingredients:

✓ 1 pinch of nutmeg and pepper.

✓ 0.5 kg. of wild asparagus, fresh or frozen.

✓ 100 gr. of grated cheese.

✓ 1 egg.

✓ 200 ml. of liquid cream.

✓ 75 gr. of butter.

✓ 3 eggs

✓ 150 gr. of flour.


Preparation:

MAZAMORRA DE MANGO

Ingredients:

✓ 1 tablespoon cornstarch

✓ 1 cup of plant milk of your choice (coconut, almond, rice, etc.)

✓ 1 ½ tablespoons of panela sugar

✓ Whole cinnamon

✓ Cinnamon powder

✓ 1 cup of diced mango
